The Service Is Great . Had a flat tire on a BMW with run flat tire. They able to put a used tire to get us home. 5 Star Company

Had a flat on vacation. It was a slow leak so I was able to drive shop to shop. Being a Saturday, most of the shops I went to were closed even though their website said they were open. Others wanted to charge me for a roadside visit to have someone come into their shop on a Saturday and repair the tire. Another shop refused service as they were not capable of patching a run-flat tire. Walmart wanted me to wait 3 hours and then told me they couldn't help me. So after being let down at 5 other shops, I called these guys and they closed at 12:00. I got there roughly 30 minutes before they closed. Their lunch showed up as they were fixing my tire and they kept working. In roughly 30 minutes my tire was fixed, these guys treated me like family, saved our vacation, did something no other shop in the area could do and only charged me $26. Knowing I had no other option they didn't take advantage. Speaks for the people and the business. I highly recommend this shop. The guys are all very knowledgeable and I vouch for them as I grew up in a shop. Very happy with their work and service. Thanks guys!

Drove into Hendersonville from Charlotte and had a problem with my tires. They took me right in took care of the issue in a fast and efficient manner. Pointed out some thing else that needs to be resolved at a later date. Would highly recommend this business!

I grew up in a small town in Alabama in a family business and always doing business with other family owned, local businesses. I was beyond thankful when I called and talked with Bobby. Bobby not only listened to what I was looking for, he agreed that was a great tire for my 4Runner. He had them in stock at his warehouse, made a special trip to have them at his store and had them installed before 5pm. I WILL ONLY do business with Bobby from now on and highly recommend him. His prices (below corporate stores) and his sincere personable customer service are above and beyond. The tires I purchased are nothing short of amazing! Bobby and Nelson have always been great to me over the years. Always quick and trouble free service. They get it right the first time. They always make sure my vehicles have a safe and comfortable ride. Highly recommended.
